ARROYO INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX
RAINBOW AND WARM SPRINGS
This project consists of a 4.5 million square-foot mixed-use development of industrial, office and retail space. the first phase of the project will consist of three single-level concrete tilt-wall industrial buildings, totaling 310,000 square feet. Each double-height structure has divisibility beginning at 4,000 square feet. The largest building, building C, is a 200,000 square-foot cross-dock facility with 30-foot ceilings.
